I have dabbled in real estate investing, and being retired military, I have done my share of moving and used many realtors. Most were good, some were excellent, and then, at the very top, is Thad Emmons. As our buyer’s agent, Thad really looked out for our best interests. I’m somewhat disabled, so Thad would crawl in the attic, check for pier and beam foundation settling (something new to me), and point out everything that we needed to know. We were out of towners, so he was present at all inspections and provided help, advice, and suggestions upon completion. He ran very thorough comps to insure we didn’t overpay when we found our forever retirement home.
